Stichting De Ontdekfabriek is een Algemeen Nut Beogende Instelling (ANBI) zonder winstoogmerk en heeft als missie het stimuleren van een positieve houding bij kinderen ten aanzien van innovatie, techniek, wetenschap en creativiteit. Dit wordt gerealiseerd door exploitatie van een speel-werkplaats annex doe-museum en het aanbieden van culturele onderwijsprogramma’s:

De Ontdekfabriek Foundation is a non-profit Public Benefit Organization (ANBI) with the mission of fostering a positive attitude in children towards innovation, technology, science, and creativity. The Foundation’s iconic former Philips factory now is a playground where children and their parents experience adventures with (English subtitled) films and creative making workshops.
